Refund policy

Mono Moment exists to help you slow down, not to add stress. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle it.

If something's wrong with your order

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, missing pages, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email hello@mono-moment.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll either ship a replacement or issue a refund, no return needed.

If you change your mind

If the book simply isn't for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Because we're a small independent brand and our fulfillment partner doesn't handle physical returns, you won't need to send anything back, you keep the book, and we refund 50% of the item price. Original shipping charges aren't refundable. Change-of-mind refunds are limited to one per order.
Email hello@mono-moment.com with your order number, every request is reviewed before approval, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. 

Not eligible

Books that have been colored in, written on, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund (this doesn't affect faulty or damaged items, which are always covered above). Free printables, digital downloads, and final-sale or bundle items are non-returnable.
