What kind of pens work best?
Any pen you love. Our 160gsm paper handles markers, gel pens, fineliners, and even light brush pens without bleed-through. We recommend water-based markers (like Tombow or Crayola SuperTips) for the smoothest experience. Avoid alcohol-based markers like Copics.
How long does one illustration take?
Most illustrations take 15-30 minutes—perfect for an evening wind-down or a lunch break. We intentionally designed them to be completable in one sitting, because finishing something feels good.
Is this good for anxiety?
