How one color coloring works
You pick one pen. You fill every shape that carries a small mark and leave the others white. The picture appears from the contrast between filled and empty shapes. Because there are no color decisions, a page can be started without planning and usually takes one sitting. The method is explained in what is monochrome coloring, and it differs from color by number, where numbers map to a palette.
