Shipping Policy

We ship the Monochrome Coloring Book worldwide. Below is the breakdown by region, if your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@mono-moment.com before ordering.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.

Delivery times

United States — 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Free shipping over $35; flat $4.95 below that.
United Kingdom — 7 to 14 business days. Flat shipping rate at checkout.
European Union — 7 to 14 business days. Flat shipping rate at checkout. VAT is included in the listed price for EU destinations.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand — 7 to 14 business days.
Other international destinations — typically 10 to 21 business days.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracked shipping label. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Customs and import duties

For most destinations, our prices include all duties and taxes. For some regions, customs may charge additional fees on import, these are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will replace the order at no cost or refund you in full.
