3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.6 Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any restocking fees

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Mono Moment coloring book. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

6.2 Eligible Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged

6.3 Non-Returnable Items
